“橘子写作”（英文名 OrangeWrite，以下简称“我们”或“本应用”）是由北京智卓凯科技有限公司提供的 AI 写作辅助产品。我们重视您的个人信息保护，并希望通过本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享、保护和管理您的个人信息。
请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读并理解本政策。您开始使用本应用，即表示您已理解并同意本政策。我们仅会在实现产品功能所必需的范围内处理您的个人信息，不会因为您同意本政策而一次性处理本政策列明的全部信息。
一、我们收集的信息及使用目的
1. 注册、登录与账号安全：当您注册或登录时，我们可能会处理您的邮箱、手机号、验证码、密码加密结果、第三方登录标识、设备登录状态等信息，用于完成身份识别、账号注册、登录验证、账号找回和安全保护。
2. 写作与创作内容：当您使用开书、对话式创作、章节写作、改写、续写、导出等功能时，我们会处理您主动输入的提示词、书名、题材、设定、章节、草稿、导出偏好及相关创作内容，用于生成、保存、展示和同步您的作品。
3. 设备与运行信息：为保障服务稳定、安全和兼容，我们可能会处理设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、网络状态、崩溃日志、性能日志、操作时间、异常信息等必要信息。
4. 偏好设置：我们会保存您主动选择的主题、语言、排版、登录偏好、写作设置等信息，用于在下次使用时恢复您的个性化体验。
5. 客服与反馈：当您联系我们或提交反馈时，我们可能会处理您的联系方式、问题描述、截图、日志及沟通记录，用于定位问题、回应请求和改进服务。
二、我们如何使用信息
我们会将收集的信息用于向您提供核心写作服务、维护账号和数据安全、改进产品体验、完成问题排查、履行法律法规要求以及经您授权的其他用途。未经您的授权，我们不会将您的创作内容用于与本应用服务无关的目的。
三、存储与保护
我们会在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保存您的个人信息。超过必要期限后，我们将依法删除或匿名化处理。我们会采用加密传输、访问控制、最小权限、日志审计等合理安全措施保护您的信息，但互联网环境并非绝对安全，请您妥善保管账号和密码。
四、委托处理、共享、转让与公开披露
为实现登录、消息发送、云端存储、AI 生成、数据分析、错误监控、支付或客服等功能，我们可能委托第三方服务商处理必要信息。我们会要求受托方仅在授权范围内处理信息，并采取必要保护措施。

七、未成年人保护
本应用不面向未满 14 周岁的儿童提供服务。未满 18 周岁的未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用本应用。若我们发现未经监护人同意处理了儿童个人信息，将依法尽快删除或采取必要措施。

收集的信息：设备信息和网络信息，包括设备平台、设备厂商、设备品牌、设备型号、系统版本、OAID、Android ID、Wi-Fi 连接信息、运营商信息、IP 地址、去标识化手机号码、DHCP、SSID、BSSID；在授权或适用的反欺诈扩展功能场景下，还可能涉及设备标识信息、应用列表信息和位置相关信息。

使用目的：提供本机号码一键登录/本机号码校验，以及问题排查、分析、风险控制和服务安全验证。
收集的信息：网络类型、网络地址（IP 地址）、SIM 卡运营商类型、本机号码信息、SIM 卡状态；设备类型、手机操作系统、硬件厂商、OAID；以及应用包信息。

3. 联通认证SDK

开发者：联通在线信息科技有限公司
使用目的：提供本机号码一键登录/号码认证和安全校验服务。
收集的信息：宿主应用包名与签名、蜂窝数据网络私网 IPv4/IPv6 地址；为实现一键登录/号码认证，还可能处理设备类型、操作系统信息、首选卡、SIM 卡状态、网络类型、IP 地址、APN 类型和手机号码。

九、政策更新
我们可能根据法律法规、产品功能或服务模式变化更新本政策。重大变更会通过应用内提示、页面公告或其他合理方式通知您。更新后的政策自页面载明的生效日期起生效。

OrangeWrite, also known as 橘子写作 (“we”, “us”, or “the App”), is an AI writing assistant provided by Beijing Zhizhuokai Technology Co., Ltd. We respect your privacy and explain in this policy how we collect, use, store, share, protect, and manage your personal information.
Please read this policy carefully before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy. We process personal information only when it is necessary for the features you use, and your consent to this policy does not mean that we will process every category of information described here.
1. Information We Collect and Why
Account and sign-in information: when you register or sign in, we may process your email address, phone number, verification code, encrypted password result, third-party login identifier, and sign-in status to authenticate you, protect your account, and support account recovery.
Writing and creative content: when you use book kickoff, conversational creation, chapter writing, rewriting, continuation, or export features, we process the prompts, titles, genres, settings, chapters, drafts, export preferences, and other content you provide so that we can generate, save, display, and sync your work.
Device and operation information: to keep the service stable, secure, and compatible, we may process device model, operating system version, app version, network status, crash logs, performance logs, timestamps, and error information.
Preferences: we store your selected theme, language, layout, login preference, and writing settings so that your experience can be restored the next time you use the App.
Support and feedback: when you contact us, we may process your contact information, issue description, screenshots, logs, and communication records to troubleshoot problems and improve the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information to provide core writing features, maintain account and data security, improve product experience, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and for other purposes authorized by you. We will not use your creative content for purposes unrelated to the App without your authorization.
3. Storage and Protection
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. After that period, we will delete or anonymize it as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transmission, access control, least privilege, and logging, but no internet service can be completely secure, so please protect your account credentials.
4. Entrusted Processing, Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
To provide sign-in, messaging, cloud storage, AI generation, analytics, error monitoring, payment, or customer support, we may entrust third-party service providers to process necessary information. We require them to process information only within the authorized scope and to apply appropriate safeguards.
Except where required by law, necessary to protect users or the public, necessary to protect our lawful rights, separately authorized by you, or otherwise described in this policy, we do not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information. If a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer occurs, we will require the new holder to continue to follow this policy or obtain your consent again.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, Local Storage, IndexedDB, or similar technologies to store sign-in status, language, theme, writing drafts, and other data necessary for operation. You may manage these technologies through your browser or system settings, but disabling them may affect some features.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, copy, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw authorization, close your account, or ask us to explain this policy. You can contact us in the App settings or at zookzone@163.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
7. Minors
The App is not directed to children under 14. Users under 18 should use the App with the consent and guidance of a guardian. If we discover that we have processed a child’s personal information without guardian consent, we will delete it or take other required measures as soon as possible.

To provide one-tap sign-in with your mobile number, number authentication, and related security verification, the mainland-China Android version of the App may call the following SDKs according to your carrier and the feature you use. Purpose: to provide one-tap authentication/sign-in with the local mobile number, device identification, and security risk prevention.
Information collected: device and network information, including device platform, manufacturer, brand, model, system version, OAID, Android ID, Wi-Fi connection information, carrier information, IP address, de-identified mobile number, DHCP, SSID, and BSSID. Where authorized and applicable for anti-fraud extensions, device identifier information, app-list information, and location-related information may also be involved.

Purpose: to provide one-tap sign-in/local mobile-number verification, troubleshooting, analysis, risk control, and service security verification.
Information collected: network type, network address (IP address), SIM carrier type, local mobile-number information, and SIM status; device type, mobile operating system, hardware manufacturer, and OAID; as well as app package information.

3. 联通认证SDK

Purpose: to provide one-tap sign-in/mobile-number authentication and security verification.
Information collected: host app package name and signature, and private IPv4/IPv6 addresses on the cellular data network. To provide one-tap sign-in/mobile-number authentication, the SDK may also process device type, operating system information, preferred SIM, SIM status, network type, IP address, APN type, and mobile number.

9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy when laws, product features, or service models change. For material changes, we will notify you through in-app notices, page announcements, or other reasonable methods. The updated policy takes effect on the effective date stated on this page.
